Basic to 26K+commission. OTE 1st year 30k

Free Parking available, with good transport links too.THE ROLE - Candidate Researcher

You'll be assisting experienced recruiters, working as a 'candidate researcher' with the following roles:

Identifying candidates for jobs and to add to the database through targeted marketing campaigns.Searching for candidates on job board databases and linkedin and contacting via phone & email.Calling & interviewing potential applicants and matching to current vacanciesWriting Job Descriptions, Job Adverts and preparing candidates for interviews.Gathering market intelligenceArranging interviews and assisting the recruiter through the full recruitment process.Should you wish, you also have the opportunity to develop into a fully trained recruiter and manage your own clients and candidates in your own niche sector.

SKILLS REQUIRED

You should enjoy networking and be confident speaking to people over the phone and face to face.You will need an investigative mindset in your search for candidates.You should be hard working, persuasive and resilient.Good written, telephone and verbal communication skills in English.IT literate and comfortable using databases on a day-day basis.PACKAGE & BENEFITS

LOCATION

Training will be done at Garforth, East leeds where you'll need to come on a daily basis for the 1st 3 months. After that a hybrid role of 3 days in the office would be considered. 5 days in the office, is available.
