We are looking to recruit a resourcer to work from our Sheffield office. Working directly with a leading, high billing Manager to support and assist on key accounts. Due to growth and restructuring for the New Year an opportunity exists to join a high performing team. This professional team works directly with the leading house building companies and maintains close relationships with the most respected and prestigious companies whereby delivery a high level of service.

Job Description – Resourcer

Working amongst other enthusiastic, target driven teams and individuals in a busy sales environment, you will be responsible for end–to–end recruitment from candidate generation to client placement working on new and existing business accounts.

Duties will include:

Development of candidate database and generation of candidates – Main duty for the first 2–3 months before taking on more client responsibility Identifying and developing existing and new client job opportunitiesManagement of clients and candidates through recruitment process from carrying out initial interview to job offer and placement.Ensuring high standards of service delivery to company standards at all timesMeeting and exceeding KPI'sOngoing account management and aftercare Experience Required – Resourcer
