Recruitment Researcher / Resourcer
Salary : to 2,000/month base pro-rata plus threshold free commission
Location : Work From Home with rare visits to office space in the City of London
Duration : to April 2024 initially, extension likely if you do well

If you are an IT Recruitment Resourcer with experience, chances are, you'll be in-demand and the question will be why would you want to join us ? This role is a pure recruitment resource / researcher role intended to help us service the large workload of roles we work on and assist our Consultants in making placements. It will NOT INVOLVE SELLING or new business development or telesales in any way. Therefore, this role could be great alternative for those individuals who want an internal recruitment role but want the benefits of commission earnings with it.
To be considered for the role you will require the following :
At least 9 months experience in an IT / project office / public sector recruitment researcher / resourcer or IT / project office / public sector internal recruiter role
Strong stakeholder management skills with candidates over the phone, email and other channels
Ideally experience of finding candidates for both permanent and contract roles but we are happy to consider candidates who predominantly work in one of these areas
Strong previous experience of sourcing candidates using a variety of means including advertising, job boards, referrals and tools such as LinkedIn recruiter, etc
Previous experience of sourcing candidates using LinkedIn recruiter and/or sendfin out LinkedIn Inmails would be a strong advantage
Some knowledge of back office processes and procedures used within a recruitment company eg the function of the accounts department, etc
Good knowledge of compliance procedures used within the recruitment industry, onboarding and reference management as you will be expected to assist with referencing and other onboaring processes for placed candidiates
