Job Summary:
You will be managing pre-employment checks after the selection process has been completed and offer to new employee's.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned vacanciesConduct thorough pre-employment checks in accordance with employment legislation and policiesFacilitate the transfer of applicants Work closely with Hiring Managers to address recruitment challenges and optimise hiring strategiesMaintain regular communication with applicants throughout the processPrepare and issue recruitment-related correspondenceProactively manage recruitment documentation and contractsApply discretion and confidentiality throughout the recruitment processKeep guidelines and procedures up-to-dateAttend training and participate in surveys/auditsMaintain accurate filing systems and relevant information systemsProvide feedback and comment on departmental SOPs and guidanceAdhere to data confidentiality and Information Governance requirementsUndertake personal development activitiesComply with all policies and procedures
Candidate Requirements:
Level 3 CIPD or equivalent experience working in a RecruitmentAccurate keyboard skills and the ability to create effective documentsHighly Competent computer literacy including Microsoft PackagesTo be competent in the use of TracAble to liaise effectively with staff and managers at all levels in the organisation, and with managers from the wider NHS and external organisations.Good telephone mannerKnowledge of the NHS and Ambulance ServiceMaintenance of filing systems and effective document managementManage multiple tasks and prioritise workload to match management objectives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability work in co-operation with others, and as part of a team.Well organised and efficient in an office setting.Can work under pressure at times and effective at working to deadlines.Ability to work independently and to use own initiative when appropriate.Ability to use discretion.Comfortable working with competing demands.Flexible and adaptable work approach.Proactive, enthusiastic can-do attitudeLead by example of Trust values- care, teamwork, quality, respect and honesty.
