Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a NHS Trust based in Bedford to recruit an experienced Recruitment Officer on an initial 6-month temporary contract, with the potential to go permanent.
Responsible for completing all pre-employment checks in accordance with employment legislation, NHS check standards and Trust policies. To conduct one to one meeting with successful candidates to ensure all pre-employment checks are carried out and recorded accurately, including Right to Work and Disclosure and Barring checks. To work closely with Recruitment Administrators with regard to maintaining best practice for vacancy management and managing vacancies within recruitment timelines. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
