Huntress are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our client based in Bedford. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, or be Level 3 CIPD qualified.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the end-to-end processing of vacanciesResponsible for completing all pre-employment checks in accordance with employment legislationWorking closely with the recruitment administrators, with regards to maintaining best practice for vacancy management and managing vacancies.Maintaining regular contact with applicants through the recruitment process.The ideal candidate:
