Key day to day duties include:

Take leadership on all internal recruitment strategy, actively promoting the Employer Brand locally in the quest to attract top talent. Full ownership of initial parts of the talent acquisition process, coordinating with and coaching line managers to input positively throughout. Manage the starter & onboarding process, including compliance requirements. Assist in culture and engagement initiatives to drive the wider HR and Talent Management strategy of the business. Manage administration of the HRIS system and ad hoc HR admin support.
