As a Recruitment Consultant, it is expected that you develop and lead a profitable, efficient, compliant, and professional desk. You will be responsible for growth and business development through effective sales planning, client development and candidate management.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be carrying out the following duties:

Business development to maximise client base Full management of the recruitment cycle from taking the job specification from the client to the candidates starting employmentFocusing on building strong relationships with businesses to understand our clients and their recruitment needsUsing a whole variety of means to generate new businessLooking after our existing clients to ensure our high levels of repeat business continuesFiltering and screening accordingly, gauging interest and gaining candidates approval to be considered for the role and regularly updating candidates on their position within the recruitment processManaging our internal recruitment system and taking ownership for ensuring it is clean, relevant, and easy to useWriting attractive and effective adverts for our website and the various job boards that we subscribe to and posting the adverts via our multi-posting toolAdhering to company compliance, policies, and procedures Previous recruitment experience is required for this role, ideally within an agency although we will consider candidates with transferable skills for our trainee role.Excellent negotiation skills, confident in agreeing terms in line with business standardsConfident communication skills and able to speak to people at all levelsExcellent attention to detail with strong administration and compliance skillsExtremely motivated with a resilient and positive 'can do' attitudeGood IT skills including Microsoft packagesHighly organised individual with the ability to meet required deadlineTenacity and the ability to go above and beyond in providing the highest levels of service to both client and candidate Benefits of working for Venatu:
