Position Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant on our Medical Team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for nursing and healthcare staffing, representing a wide range of healthcare sectors, including Fertility, Cosmetic, Ophthalmology, ENT, and private hospitals.

Our clients include high-end Harley Street clinics and corporate healthcare providers, offering you a diverse and exciting range of recruitment opportunities.

Compensation:

Base Salary: 23,000 - 26,500

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

Year 1: 35,000

Year 2: 50,000

Year 3 and beyond: 100,000+

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with qualified candidates through various sourcing methodsConduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitabilityManage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiationBuild and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique staffing needsProvide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidatesCollaborate with the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or medical fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailEnthusiastic team player with a positive attitude
