Recruitment Consultant (Key Accounts)

To support the growth plans over the coming years, Emmerson Kitney is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to work with thier key accounts.

The role will work will predominately work in a 180 Recruitment role and work to deliver divisional and individual targets, providing excellent outcomes and service to candidates and clients in the process.

The role will focus around 5 key areas:

Account Management Candidate Management Job Management KPI delivery POD Support Person

To be successful in the role, you must have:

Previous experience of working in Recruitment is essential Proven experience of excellent account and job management Drive, persistent, and be willing to go the extra mile A motivated attitude to learn and desire to become a trusted specialist in your field Great communication skills with ability to hold converstion with stakeholders on different levels All direct and third-party applications will be forwarded to Emmerson Kitney.
