GR8 Connect are looking for a driven and motivated and experienced Industrial or Driving recruitment consultant who is looking for a new, rewarding challenge and committed to provide a quality service to all of our clients across different regions

We are ideally looking for an experienced individual with a good understanding of the Industrial or driving sector who will be able to hit the ground running on a warm desk.

What will you be required to do:

- Filling Shifts

- Communicating with both candidates and clients

- Registering candidates

- Cold Calling Clients

- Generating new business

- On-call once per month

Office Times

Monday to Friday

08.00- 17.00 (1hr breaks)

You will need:

- To be able to work well within a team and as an individual

- To have a positive attitude and be confident speaking to candidates and clients over the phone and face to face.

- At least 1 year proven track record within a recruitment sales background.
