The Job
As a recruitment consultant you will be proactive and confident in seeking business development opportunities so that you can develop the client and candidate base. Furthermore you will also have access to our extensive talent pool of active and passive candidates as well as be equipped with the tools to attract the best of talent. You will also benefit from any additional training and guidance you may require

What do you need?
Previous experience isn't a prerequisite. Instead, I am looking for driven, hungry people who want to succeed in recruitment.Some previous experience in sales would be advantageous but its not essential.Self-starters, forward thinking, good time management, compassion, great listeners, comfortable on the phone and being able to read between the lines are all essential skills. If you have an appetite for success you will revel in the recruitment processes you own here, dealing with white collar candidates and clients means you are dealing with the very best in the market at all times often on an exclusive basis meaning your conversion rates will be extremely high.
