More Recruitment is recruiting for sales consultants in the Northampton area, we are expnading our Northampton team in 2024 as we will be pushing to increase our turnover by a further 35%.

The ideal Consultant will be someone that is driven within sales, someone that looks to build longterm relationships with their clients. Our business is passionate about developing longterm business and by doing that we offer an honest level of service, we are different to other agencies in the area as we never over promise and if we can't fill any bookings we are quick to communicate with our clients.

If your a Recruitment Consultant within the Logistics, Industrial or Construction industry then we want to hear from you. We are looking for great sales people that want to earn well and be rewarded the best bonus structure in the industry.

You will need a minimum of 1 year's experience within the Recruitment Industry as you will be at times responsible for recruitng and filling bookings.

Our Salary and Benefits are below:-

Salary Basic - 28,000 - 34,000 this is dependant on experience

Bonus is 8% on Temp Margin and the same percentage charged to the client on Perms. (Some Consultants are earning over 1000 a month on commission)

28 days holiday

Birthday is off as a Paid holiday

Private Healthcare after 1 year service

Private Pension or Nest Pension
