We are looking to add to our team at Crawley and are looking to appoint a Technical Recruitment Consultant to recruit for us across Surrey and Sussex.

Based at the Crawley Temps branch, you will be recruiting temporary/contract machine operators, welders, mechanical fitters, electronic assemblers, quality technicians, engineers etc. to engineering and manufacturing companies across the region.

The role involves;

- Business Development; introducing yourself to businesses and winning new clients

- Account Management; looking after your clients and maximising opportunities with them

- Resourcing; searching for candidates to fill vacancies

- Developing good industry knowledge; understanding of relevant companies in your patch

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident individuals who love dealing with people and who have the ambition to progress their career.

You must have some sales / business development experience and previous recruitment experience would be highly advantageous, but not essential.

We will provide all training necessary for you to succeed in the recruitment industry with the largest independently owned recruitment consultancy in the UK.

This is an office based role with regular client visits & meetings, so a driving licence is essential.

Working hours are 08.30-17.30 Monday-Friday.
