Experience:

Previous experience working within a Recruitment environment at any level will be hugely advantageous for this position. Additionally, any exposure to the Education (Primary, Secondary, SEN, SSS, FE) or Health and Social Sectors will be hugely beneficial when working for Prospero. We have also found consultants joining us from other fast paced temp desks have achieved great results and benefited from increased work/life balance and potential to earn.

We are also always keen to speak with those from a B2B Sales background who are interested in exploring the recruitment industry and supporting candidates and clients alike to form partnerships.
