Recruitment Consultant
Salary: GBP28,000–GBP40,000 per year + Uncapped monthly commission

This is full time, permanent role, you'll be working Monday – Friday. Please note this role is fully office based.
Working Hours
Term time: Monday 7.30–4.30pm, Tuesday–Thursday 7.30–5pm, Friday 7.30–4.30pmSchool holidays: Reduced hours, approx. 8.30–3.30pm The role of a Recruitment Consultant;
This is a 360 sales role, therefore you will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment processBusiness development, contacting new and existing clients to generate opportunitiesWorking with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacanciesAttending client meetings/school visitsShortlisting CVs, screening applicants over the phone and interviewing/registering candidatesFilling vacancies within an agreed time scaleBuilding a pipeline of candidates to ensure you can react quickly to your clients' needsMaintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationships In return you'll receive these benefits;
