We are a commercial Recruitment Agency, so we focus on roles you would find in the head office: Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Service, Admin etc. Although it is helpful for you to pick an area in which you focus on, so you can learn the industry to a higher level.

We are looking for both:

360 consultants, this is where you would take on your own clients and fill the positions yourselfResourcers, these are 180 consultants. You would be given work to fill, this role wouldn't require you to do any new business. The duties below are for a 360 consultant, but if you prefer to go for a Resourcer role, you can take out the new business element.

Duties include:

360 consultants, manage clients & candidatesNew business - build a desk/ pipelineRetention of businessDealing with large numbers of calls, emailsBooking interviewsGiving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicantsFormatting of CVs to present candidates to best advantageAdvertising of vacanciesSourcing job boards for suitable candidatesRegistering candidatesChecking of ID and eligibility to work in the UK Attributes:
