The role will be for a 360 consultant to join our current team of 6 with a view to growing and developing one of the current desk areas we cover. The successful candidate will have experience as a stand alone consultant, winning and servicing their own clients. Their is scope for this role to develop into a manging consultant position if they are keen to grow a team.

The Markets - FMCG, Automotive, Aerospace, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, General Engineering or Construction.

Responsibilities

Sales - Winning new business & visiting clients Business Development - Expanding reach within current clients to ensure we are servicing them fully. Service/Resourcing - Matching candidates, Telephone screening and arranging interviews. Working to KPI's - CV Sends & Interviews arranged - Not micromanaged call times etc.

Qualifications

This candidate would need a minimum of 1 year consultant experience Full UK Driving License
