Tasks
Manage the recruitment process from client onboarding to the offer/fulfilment stage. Sourcing and interviewing candidates Negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. Identify, build and develop mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates Attract and onboard new clients and candidates through marketing, business development, and networking Advising the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database Meeting or beating targets for bringing new business leads or conversations
Requirements
Experience within the recruitment sector, as we know that experience and personality provide people with all the skills they need to succeed and build a professional and billing career, full of unlimited progression opportunities. Benefits
Our client is offering a starting salary of GBP26,000-GBP40,000 excluding bonuses and commission with a range of great incentives, excellent training and tech-stack, inclusive team working culture, and full support to ensure you can be a success.
