Duties for a Recruitment Consultant include:

Utilising social media, job boards, internal databases & networking to source candidatesConducting interviews over telephone/Microsoft teamsHighlighting strong/qualified candidates & passing to relevant recruitersIdentifying & approaching prospective clientsDesigning & executing innovative candidate attraction campaignsRegularly reviewing and driving improvements to candidate attraction methodsDiscussing multiple roles with candidatesBuilding strong relationships with candidates & clientsNegotiating with both clients & candidates Your Development:
