This role will be based in our Peterborough hub, You will need to be ready to put the work in and have the confidence to engage with clients and candidates. This role is all about building relationships with candidates and clients. You will need to be a methodical and organised individual that wants to work as a team to achieve the organisational objectives and goals.

To manage the candidate journey from interview to guarantee calls to clients after candidate startTo speak with potential candidates and qualify them for the role and then send over application to clientsTo create job advertsSourcing candidates from job boards and other avenuesPreparing candidates for interviewLiaising with clients and building relationships with both candidates and compliance teamsSelling our services to potential clientsBuilding a presence within the healthcare sectorTake a consultative approach with clients and candidates Skills required: Recruitment Consultant Healthcare
