The newly launched Midlands division based in Wolverhampton, is strategically placed to offer bespoke recruitment solutions to our client partners across the East and West Midlands. Our unprecedented growth saw us open a second office in Birmingham in October this year. We are now looking to strengthen the Wolverhampton office, with the addition of a further Recruitment Consultant to join the team
You will ideally have experience as a Permanent Consultant within any of the following sectors: IT; Engineering, Manufacturing; Procurement and Supply Chain; Logistics; Facilities Management; Healthcare; Pharma/ Medical; Civil Engineering or Architecture. Although we are open to speaking with an experienced consultant from any sector, that is a proven biller, ambitious and career driven, who can deliver results in an autonomous environment.
Your role will be to identify and secure permanent job opportunities within organisations, as well as attract candidates and successfully place them in those jobs to achieve relevant financial targets
Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals Develop and manage client and candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards Utilise Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Networking techniques to obtain business opportunities from both existing and new client companies. Visit clients both site and office based to develop positive relationships and secure further business opportunities.
