As a specialist recruiter at Reperio Human Capital, you will be responsible for managing your own niche market within the rapidly growing technology industry in Ireland. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including advertising and marketing, sourcing, and interviewing candidates, building relationships, and providing market insight, generating new business, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback, negotiating salaries, and handling the offer process.

Specialising in the IT & Software recruitment market, in one of the fastest growing and competitive markets in Europe, you'll have the opportunity to advance both professionally and financially if you're prepared to put in the work.

Expected earnings:

Year 1 35-45K OTE

Year 2 45-60K+

Year 3 60k+

Year 4 100K+
