THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be joining a company that will help you to have a stable career, joining a collaborative and respectful group of individuals. You will join the Occupational Health recruitment team where you will be working alongside the Senior Recruitment Consultant Team, Director and co-founders of the business. You will be gaining a warm desk, working across an existing client base from SME's to National Occupational Health businesses & providers. You will have access to leading recruitment tools, CRM systems, social media and advertisement platforms to attract candidates. To develop yourself in all aspects of the recruitment process and the Occupational Health sector. THE BENEFITS

Our Trainee Consultant basic salaries start at GBP22,000, Experienced Consultants from GBP23,000 (increasing D.O.E) + a generous commission structure. (With a realistic First Year OTE of GBP32,000 - GBP42,000 depending on base salary, but it's not unusual for our Consultants to more than double their wages with their commission each month!) The working hours are 8am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) with early finishes throughout the year, including a 4pm Friday finish in the summer months. Career pathway with clear objectives for promotion. Someone with a want to succeed and a work-smart, proactive outlook on life. Experience working within Occupational Health Recruitment is preferred, however, this is not essential.
