Looking for an ambitious and driven recruitment consultant to join our expanding team in the heart of Bury, Greater Manchester. We are offering the right candidate the freedom to begin their own market within their chosen industry, with the guidance of experienced mentors.

Main Responsibilities:

- sourcing great candidates from a number of resources we provide to attract the top talent

- creating leads to develop your own client list

- building strong relationships with clients

- managing the recruitment process from start to finish

- working as a team to help each other create new opportunities and complete deals/projects

Job Requirements:

- experience within the recruitment industry (either 180 or 360) or business development

- motivated, organised and ambitious

- looking for progression
