RSW is a well established business working within the recruitment industry supplying both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to many sectors for over 24 years.

The Candidate:

You will play an integral part in the team, and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. As an individual you will need to be methodical and responsive in your approach, ensuring we offer a first class service to our clients and candidates at all times.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with new and existing clients in order to create solid relationships Regular service visits with clients with the view to maximizing every opportunity Interview and select candidates Maintaining an in- house data base Drive the division to success Making sure that compliance is maintained for every candidate before placing into work. Experience:

Previously worked within an Industrial Division is desirable Proven track record within recruitment Will be part of the on call team for the division Excellent written and verbal communication skills Tenacious and determination to succeed Good understanding of legislation Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to think on your feet Dealing with clients at all levels Own transport is essential For a confidential chat call Michelle Towell on (phone number removed)
