Role Overview: LocumMeds is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in matching healthcare professionals with locum assignments, contributing to the seamless delivery of quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and cultivate relationships with healthcare facilities, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored locum solutions. Collaborate with clients to assess and anticipate future staffing requirements. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and allied health staff. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and credentialing processes. Job Placement: Facilitate the placement of healthcare professionals into locum assignments, ensuring a match between the candidate's skills and the client's needs. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all healthcare professionals meet regulatory and compliance standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all candidates. Market Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, licensing requirements, and healthcare regulations. Provide clients and candidates with insights into market dynamics and salary benchmarks. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and contribute to team success. Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing. Understanding of medical licensing and credentialing processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Benefits:
