Daniel Owen is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our Trades & Labour team based in London.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our established accounts, some of which have been served by Daniel Owen for up to 25 years. With our team's stellar reputation in the market, this position is ideal for someone sales–driven and motivated to make a significant impact.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll engage with new stakeholders within these accounts, leveraging your exceptional sales skills. Working closely with experienced Account Managers and a knowledgeable team, you'll receive support in securing and nurturing relationships critical for the long–term supply of services.
Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture client relationships, meeting their needs and expectationsExpand accounts through strategic business developmentPursue new business opportunities and follow up on leadsSource and select suitable candidates for various rolesUphold company values and standardsOversee candidate administration, including time sheets and documentation complianceUtilise job boards, tailored databases, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing and engagement Training: Regardless of prior experience, you'll en–roll in our comprehensive 3–month training scheme, ensuring your success and development within our organisation.
Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate need not possess direct recruitment experience but should demonstrate a successful track record in sales. Confidence in face–to–face and telephonic sales, coupled with the ability to forge lasting relationships, is key. Previous experience in telesales, estate agency, automobile sales, construction industry, or roles involving financial target achievement is advantageous.
