You will be enrolled onto our 16–week training programme and taught how to utilise the skills you already have as well as also how to hone in on the fundamental elements of recruitment to carve a successful career with Pertemps. Attending clients' meetings, acting as a brand ambassador whilst providing a consultative approachSourcing and screening candidates for a variety of permanent vacanciesUnderstanding candidates career aspirations and building relationshipsAdvertising roles and also pro–actively searching for candidates via job boards and social media channelsCarrying out competency–based virtual interviewsBringing on new clients and nurturing and maintaining existing client relationships Requirements: Due to the location, a full driver's licence and own transport is neededPrevious experience in customer–facing roles (Sales, Retail, Hospitality)Office 365 experienceStrong drive and ambitionExcellent organisational and time–management skillsAbility to work under pressure and to prioritise your workload effectivelySelf–motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a teamA positive, can–do attitude with a desire to succeed Working for Pertemps: Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4XBGBP25,000 per annum + uncapped commissionOpportunities to top up your salary with weekly incentivesA supportive and friendly work environmentComprehensive training and support from the teamOpportunity for career progression and development If this sounds like a role that would excite you, apply now!
