About the Role:
As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the Social Organisation by leading the recruitment and selection process. Your primary focus will be to ensure the attraction and retention of high-calibre colleagues, contributing to the organisation's goals in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Upholding diverse and inclusive hiring practices will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities: Recruitment Business Partner
Oversee the entire recruitment process from initiation to completion.Ensure alignment of all recruitment processes with the organisation's values, utilising them as guiding principles throughout.Manage a proficient and cost-effective recruitment process, ensuring positions up to Director level are filled.Collaborate with line managers and HR Business Partners, ensuring compliance with policies, authorisations, and employment law.Provide expert advice and guidance on various aspects of the recruitment process, including job analysis, candidate specifications, advertising, search and selection, interviews, and contract negotiations.Actively track and maintain a database of candidates, meeting the hiring manager's needs and facilitating future roles within the organisation.Develop streamlined and cost-effective recruitment methods.Source suitable candidates for the organisation, aligning their skills with the requirements of the roles.Explore innovative ways to promote the organisation and its roles in relevant forums to attract top talent.Collaborate with the Global HR Director to develop a cohesive talent acquisition strategy, incorporating new recruitment methods, candidate engagement, and promoting the organisation as an employer of choice.Work with HR team colleagues to align talent acquisition strategies with broader talent management and succession planning.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to support their resourcing needs, contributing to the broader talent strategy and succession plan.
Projects:
Establish and maintain an external pool of potential candidates for key roles.Lead key projects, including a review of recruitment processes, optimisation of the recruitment system Applied, regular data reporting, contractor network ownership, and reduction of recruitment spend for junior hires.
The Person: Recruitment Business Partner
Successful track record in a Recruitment setting with extensive search skills, preferably in an in-house recruitment environment.Proactive with a 'can do' attitude, ensuring quality is never compromised.Creative thinker with innovation in attracting talent, including experience in graduate recruitment and university careers fairs.Demonstrated influencing skills and professionalism in working with internal and external stakeholders.Effective relationship builder, both internally and externally.Proven success in managing recruitment processes and third-party supplier negotiations.Excellent organisational, project management, and time management skills, capable of coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience in negotiating complex offers of employment.Passionate about Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), with experience in Be Applied being desirable but not essential.
