LHH (formerly Badenoch & Clark) are supporting a leading law firm seeking a Recruitment Assistant based in London (hybrid working).
This role is within a busy HR team, designed to support the Recruitment Manager with administrative matters throughout the recruitment process, from vacancy creation to onboarding. You would be supporting a growing business of around 500 employees across multiple sites in the UK.
This will be a varied administrative role, and will include tasks such as the below:
First point of contact for the candidate - passing on relevant candidates to the team and managing correspondence. Filing all CVs within GDPR guidelinesBooking interviews for candidates - diarising with the hiring managers and booking meeting roomsAssisting with advertising and recruitment campaignsAssisting with ad hoc projects for the team (and wider business) such as events and socialsBuilding collaborative working relationships with hiring and line managers in the businessEnsuring attention to detail, so that all interviews are arranged in the correct format and candidates are submitted to hiring/line managers in a consistent mannerWe're looking for an extremely organised and conscientious administrative professional, legal sector or professional services experience is desirable. Microsoft excel capability is essential.
Full time hours are preferred. Hybrid working is offered - with preference of minimum 3 days per week presence in the London office (Chancery Lane).
