This role will see you supporting our early careers programme, developing innovative resourcing strategies, and embedding the development of a pro-active centralised in-house recruitment service.
We are looking for a forward-thinking, personable, self-motivated individual for this role. You will be an expert recruiter, with experience within the insurance industry. You will also need stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to establish credibility and possess the ability to translate business needs into resourcing plans.
You can be based remotely in this role; however, we are a sociable bunch and wish to meet up from time to time in our central London office.
Here's what you will be doing:
Providing a proactive and effective resourcing solution and taking ownership for the recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing to on-boarding.Conduct briefings with hiring managers and key collaborators to fully understand recruitment needs and develop an impactful resourcing strategy.Provide recruitment metrics to tell the story of the vacancy landscape.Owning the candidate journey providing a first-class experience.Supporting the co-ordination of the PSL and other external recruitment partners.You need to bring with you:
Prior experience of internal recruitment from within the insurance industry is essential.Previous experience of sourcing candidates from CV databases, LinkedIn, and social media sites.Knowledge and application of recruitment metrics and KPI's.Experience using recruitment aggregators and ATS systems is strongly preferred.Experience of building positive relationships with partners and demonstrating credibility and proactivity.Solid attention to detail.Good standard of general education.Why Choose Us?
