Recruitment Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Assistant to join the small but busy HR team. This role offers hybrid working home-based 3 days per week and 2 days in the Preston Office, working 37.5 hours a week.

Position: 5369 Recruitment Administrator

Location: Preston/hybrid

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, 9 -5 (flexible working available)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: GBP21,255 per annum

The Role

This role is offered with hybrid working with 3 days per week home-based and 2 days in the Preston Office covering office hours Monday to Friday.

As a Recruitment Administrator you will be:

providing first class administrative support to the recruitment processassisting to publish vacancies, create offer letters and contracts and carrying out reference checksauditing employee records to ensure Right to Work Checks / DBS applications have been completedassisting in maintaining records and setting up new employee recordsdealing with general email and telephone enquiries from hiring managers and candidatesupdating and maintaining an applicant tracking systemresponding to external reference requests, providing employment information in line with GDPR

About You

You will need:

to be highly organised with a strong attention to detail, able to manage a large workload within tight timescalesthe ability to work using your own initiativeexcellent communication skills with a customer focused approachgood administrative and IT skills- particularly Microsoft Officeexperience of recruitment processes and using an applicant tracking system is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
