We are now embarking on an ambitious business growth strategy and require high energy ambitious individuals to join our established team of account managers and recruiters based in Potters Bar.
The Role
Working closely with the Account Managers you will provide excellent support across all recruitment activities including the creation of adverts and searches to telephone screening and evaluating candidates for vacancies with our clients. You will will work collaboratively with your manager to deliver on the recruitment strategy to attract the best talent for our clients which include some of the most exciting businesses in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Advertising vacancies on various digital media via Broadbean including the major job boards and social mediaCV Searches and candidate CRMBooking and coordinating interviews and processing feedbackEvaluating candidates across different vacanciesProviding administration support across the end to end recruitment processProject work delegated by the Recruitment ManagerMapping and searching for candidates using the latest technologyKey Requirements
Previous experience working in a busy recruitment or sales environment is desirableAn excellent work ethic with the ambition to work in a busy environmentOrganised, process driven and systematic in your approach to your workResilience and the ability to influence people.Eager to learn and develop as a recruitment professional.Minimum C or 6 grade GCSE English & MathsSomeone who enjoys life and having fun!Benefits
