As a Recovery Support Officer your ability to ensure individuals receive the relevant wrap around support and be able to sign post to the appropriate services, could have a real impact on people's lives. You will become a member of the Recovery Services Team who are responsible for delivering RBL's Recovery Services strategy.
You will work with stakeholders both internal and external that support beneficiaries through their Recovery programme.
As Recovery Support you will have a keen interest in sport and strong desire to support our beneficiaries and families through their Recovery Programmes.

If successful, some the main duties of your role will be:
Programmes and Courses
Representing the RBL whilst working with the Recovery Team on the delivery of Team UK and Battle Back Centre programmes nationally and internationally.To provide an excellent beneficiary experience before, during and following all courses and programmes.Support the Recovery Team in ensuring that activities are delivered to a high standard and meet the required quality management and governance standards.Assist with competitor's competition scheduling / schedules, tracking competitors results, and PB's during Team UK.Managing / supporting the transition of beneficiaries to and from venues.To support the external team members and RBL recovery team by supporting with any operations and logistics, sports / concerns / distractions / appeals, that are not directly related to coaching.Extensive UK travel overseeing high profile events. As part of RBL Recovery Programmes, provide wrap around support, and have detailed knowledge of the Welfare Services provided internally and externally.To be responsible for the virtual onboarding and post course follow up.To utilise systems and processes for managing and tracking beneficiary enquiries and welfare needs through each level of escalation.To provide excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.To work in collaboration with RBL Welfare Team on all multi agency working regarding welfare.Ensure safeguarding and health and safety is always maintained. This role will be based at Lilleshall, Battle Back Centre in the future, but initially this role will be homebased until facilities have been approved. However, there will be travel required for key events.
