Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a receptionist on a part time basis in Lisburn. This role is contracted 20 hours per week.
Reponsibilities include:
Receive visitors by greeting and welcoming them, provide customer support by answering the phone and replying to emails in a timely manner, acting as a first point of contact.Book rooms and meetings, deal with ticketing systems, handle cash, assisting with enquiries on events.Undertake a range of administration duties including the operation of the cash purchasing system, recording, inventory maintenance, typing, filing, photocopying and other general office dutiesAssist with any exhibitions, making sure all areas are tidy and presentable.Ad hoc duties as required by management.
Skills and responsibilities include:
Previous experience working reception or customer serviceStrong IT skills and organisational skillsAdaptability and flexibility
