A great opportunity has become available, placed with a highly respected and professional organisation based in Peterborough. We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist who can confidently manage the front desk of this prestigious organisation along with performing a range of various administrative tasks.
Being the first point of contact both face to face and on the telephone, you will be driven by high levels of service and be accountable for the following tasks;
Responsible for co-ordinating meeting rooms and car parking requirements To take control of all incoming and outgoing post Maintaining weekly, monthly and daily records Booking of travel and accommodation via travel booking system Ensuring the front of house areas are clean and tidy at all times Raising PO Numbers and processing invoicesUpdating and maintaining the Receptionist Processes and Procedures ManualTo be successful in this position you will be a highly skilled communicator, possessing excellent attention to detail and organisation skills coupled with the ability to forge positive working relationships around the business.
