Receptionist & Administrator 12 Month FTC

25,000 - 26,000 Dependant on experience

8:30am - 5:30pm

Full Time, Maternity Cover - Based near Bank Station

Our client, a Global Law Firm based within the heart of the City are looking for a Receptionist & Administrator to join their team on a 12 Month fixed term contract basis.

This is an early February start full time, maternity cover opportunity, you must have recent experience within a similar Office role and match the requirements.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience within a similar office administration role and has a professional and welcoming attitude to work along with being organised, paying high attention, and having a strong work ethic.

Ensuring all client contact is conducted in a professional manner.Meeting and greeting visitors to the London Office whilst making sure reception area is kept clean and tidy.Answering and directing phone calls to main switchboard.Assisting with meeting room bookings, taking all details, and setting up rooms when needed.Any covering of other shifts when required.Administration duties such as scanning all post and preparing documents and bundles.Processing outgoing post and conducting all postal tasks needed.Preparing documents for different deliveries.Preparing and providing any documents required for caseworkers.Any other ad hoc reception or administration duties when required.Requirements:

Previous experience within an office administration role.Experience or interest within the Legal sector experience.Excellent communication skills including verbal and written skills.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic.Positive and proactive approach.Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
