Job Description
Providing our guests with exceptional hospitality from their arrival to departure.
Assisting guests with their queries.
Responsible for check-in and check-out of hotel guests.
Responsible for resolving any room complaints or issues.
Conducting room inspections
Responding to all email and telephone queries
Provide assistance in completing other tasks as assigned by management, when the need arises
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience of working in a reception role previously
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication skills
Excellent administration and organisation skills
Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and outlook) and the ability to adapt to new systems
