An exciting opportunity has come up for a well presented, personable Receptionist who can work 30 hours per week as a front of desk Receptionist and Admin Assistant. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all visiting clientele. They should have an extremely friendly and welcoming manner and adept at making all clientele feel comfortable and calm.
All the necessary training and support on the job will be provided for the successful Receptionist. The organisation offers a supportive, collaborative environment where making sure staff are made to feel welcome and valued is at the core of their values.

Answer all telephoneReply to all email enquiriesReply to all enquiries on social media (WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, Instagram)Maintain diary (cloud-based CRM clinic management suite - training will be provided)Meet & greet patients/clientsFollow-up patientsChase up patients and clients for Google Reviews and Pabau Reviews.Admin AssistantSales of products
Experience and Skills Requirements
Computer Literate (preferably should be familiar with PC/Apple/iMac/IOS operating system; Google Software Suite - MS Office).Good command of spoken and written English is essentialBe organised with ability to maintain a firm handle of all enquiries ensuring all enquiries coming into the business are maximised.Be confident and conscientious, contributing to the progression of the company.Experience as a Receptionist or in a Customer Facing role is preferable.Posses drive and ambition, along with a conscientious approach to your work.Be willing to learn.
