Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.Manage the reception area, ensuring it's clean, organised, and presentable.Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and handling enquiries.Assist with managing mail and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.Maintain and update the visitor log and ensure compliance with security procedures.Handle other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements:
