Adecco Newbury are seeking a Receptionist to join a client based in Swindon. The main requirement is core admin skills, reception experience and excellent interpersonal skills. This position is for 3 months on a temporary basis. Working Monday to Friday full time hours.
You will be required to cover reception desk, receiving visitors in a polite, courteous and helpful manner, liaising with the visitor's host and Security regarding any visitors to the site and to provide administrative services to all departments, as required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Full concierge service, receiving visitors in a polite, courteous and helpful manner. Informing Security of any visitors to the siteTo book flights, hotels and taxis and to keep adequate records of the sameKeeping a log of oversea colleague visitors for HMRC and reporting outTraction Guest operationTo book all conference / meeting rooms as requested and to check the meeting room diaries making sure all bookings are liveTo check & tidy all conference rooms, maintaining all stationery requirements and ensuring all electrical items are functioning correctly.To keep the electronic noticeboard populated with latest and relevant informationSending out communications to site, ensuring the information given is correct, reads well and is within Company policyPrinting of logbooksStationery ordering for the siteRight to Work checks and documentation for HR Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with clients and VIP visitors to site with sensitivityHigh integrity with the ability to work with complete confidentialityMust be a team player, flexible in approach and attitude and able to establish and maintain positive working relationshipsFlexibility and the band width to work across different ad-hoc projects with the ability to build effective relationships and break down any barriersGood working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PPT and Excel with excellent attention to detailBe able to analyse and recognise problems and exercise good judgement with the ability to make sound decisionsGood written communication skillsStrong organisation skillsSAP proficient Do you have experience in a similar role and all the relevant skills?
