The Reception Centre Site Manager is Clearsprings primary point of contact, with full delegated responsibility for the infrastructure of the CRH site housing UASC Young People in Broadstairs. The manager is the first point of contact with staff and sub–contractors and has full responsibility to manage them to ensure that Clearsprings interests and the requirements of Kent Count Council are met in a timely and commercially conscious manner. This role will take responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the reception centre, including always maintaining the operational effectiveness and reputation of the client and Clearsprings to ensure 100% contract compliance for the Young People. This role requires daily close and effective liaison with stakeholders.
This role requires flexibility to provide a 24–hour service whereby the leadership that encompasses oversight throughout the working week and silent hours; shifts will be agreed in advance and will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
