A well regarded full-service transatlantic law firm are looking to recruit a Real Estate Lawyer NQ+ to join their office in Southampton and work together with a team of specialist lawyers that are listed as leaders in their field. The firm is highly ranked in the legal directories; Legal 500 and Chambers UK, as well as Top 100 law firm globally, just to name a few!

The Real Estate team across the UK consists of 150 specialists lawyers and possesses both the breadth of depth expertise necessary to support their clients throughout their entire real estate journey. To be successful in this role you will:

Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience gained in a broad commercial property practice;Have excellent communication skills written and orally;Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the market, its challenges and opportunities;Have a sense of initiative and enthusiasm;Able to work well within a team and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate;Competent IT skills.
