The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering and a passion for innovation. You will be responsible for developing new products and processes, conducting experiments, and analysing data. Providing technical leadership for complex and/or non–standard research, development, and deployment of first principles engineering capabilities to increase efficiency in delivery of solutions to our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and development activities to create new products and processes in accordance with ISO standards.Evaluate and interpret data, performance, and deliverables. Providing recommendations to R&D and stakeholders regarding results, deliverables, progress and challenges. Complete complex simulations, in–depth engineering analysis and interpretation and provide a detailed and accurate assessment to the customer in a timely mannerLead technical and/or project reviews and presents findings as appropriate. Overseeing technical activities and/or supervise technical team members assigned to the project or part of a larger strategy. Qualifications:

Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)Minimum 5 years' experience working in industry conducting R&D/Product Development or PhD product development collaboration projects.Expert level knowledge and understanding of specific engineering principles and application of those principals inExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team If you're interested in this opportunity, please apply now.
