Working example of a vintage Smith's Empire pocket watch. The watch is in very good condition. There is a small mark (see photo) near the 5 indicator on the bezel. What appears to be a circular mark (see photo) on the rear case is actually a reflection of a downlighter! The watch is marked 'MADE IN GT BRITAIN' The watch was cleaned and had the spring replaced a year ago. Being a mechanical watch it runs for 12 hours on one wind and is accurate to one to two minutes per day. I paid a total of £85 for the watch plus case. The watch comes complete with a leather case with belt loop. Watch casing is chrome and measures 50mm in diameter. A bargain at...............
