Fabulous wedding/museum/stage performance quality ceremonial piece in pure white silk with intricate detailed hand-embroidery throughout accented with floral heavy embroidery lame thread work that depicts, crane birds, flowers with designs in heavy gold threads, red and gold accents, all of them traditional symbols of prosperity and auspiciousness.

The uchikake is tailored one size longer in height than the kimono worn inside it, and It was a thick part called 'fuji' along the red hem, which is heavily padded with wadding.
