I am seeking shared housing beginning from December 27th. I would prefer long term arrangements, but I am open to short term as well.

I am a practicing Radiographer from overseas and I just accepted a position with NHS Lothian Trust at their Leith Community Treatment, Junction Place location.

I am new to Edinburgh and so I am wishing to secure housing before my flight lands on December 27th, so I can be assured of settling in with ease, and i can begin my employment immediately upon my arrival.

I can provide references and proof of my employment. I am very respectful of housemates, I keep my area very clean and tidy, and I am quite and just focused on my career here with NHS Lothian.

I can provide a deposit and am looking for per month housing within the range of 350-500 with utilities included. I do not need much besides a comfortable room with basic accommodations.

I do not drink or smoke or party.
