With three offices in the UK this is a growing Multi-disciplinary construction consultancy has big plans for the future. They offer a range of services including : Project Management, Cost Consultancy / Cost Management, Building Surveying, Employer's and Tenant's Agent, CDM Advice and Principal Designer services.

Description

This is a chance to come and join a very well establish practice that due to a change in chairman is going through an exciting and positive restructure.

What this has given them chance to do is silo the business into three clear divisions that can deal with their own project sectors and collaborate on larger schemes.

This role is commercial lead for the resi, BTR, student accommodation sector of the business.

(Other areas they operate in are logistics & warehouse and hotel & leisure)

Projects and a track record of delivery already exist for this business sector but have been covered by the other teams. Due to a continued success of winning projects they have highlighted it now to be a standalone business unit and is the growth team for 2024.
