The Role - Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be reporting directly into the Commercial Director supporting with all commercial duties on several key projects, valued between GBP50m - GBP100m.

The projects are high rise residential developments and consist of apartments, commercial units and underground parking.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Preparation of bills and/or schedules for quantities of materials, labour and services required in the construction and refurbishment of building works in relation to both Estimating and Post contract duties.Cost reporting.Preparation and valuation of progress and submission to client.Sub-contract procurement including sending out enquiries, collating prices, negotiation, order placement.Sub-contract valuations and payments in connection with any contract.
